Dominic joined the Board of Directors of Outonomous around a shared ambition to build a Physical AI platform capable of moving from the first deployment to deployments at enormous scale across real-world environments: bringing autonomy to vehicles and mobility systems globally, scaling from 1 → 100 → 1,000 → 100,000 → 100,000,000 deployments.

Dominic has built his career working with the world's biggest power utilities, the organizations that keep the lights on for tens of millions of homes, along with transportation, aerospace and defense, oil and gas, and medical device companies. His expertise spans the enterprise systems behind asset management, complex supply chains, capital projects, and field operations that keep critical infrastructure running.

That experience is exactly the kind of real-world operational environment where technology succeeds only when it works outside the lab.

Dominic currently works within SAP's Utilities organization, helping customers navigate enterprise asset management and operational transformation. His work has included the systems behind scheduling, dispatch, maintenance, field service, and the coordination of people, equipment, parts, and physical infrastructure.

More recently, he has represented SAP in industry discussions around modernizing utility service management and the transition of large organizations to next-generation operational systems.

Dominic has held senior leadership roles across the enterprise technology industry, including at HCL AXON, Vesta Partners, Axon Solutions, and Xansa. At HCL AXON, he directed senior functional consultants across Australia and New Zealand within a regional organization of more than 300 people that delivered approximately $120 million in annual revenue, while participating in strategic direction, budgeting, and operational planning.

Dominic's expertise remains deeply connected to the physical world. He has presented on modern utility scheduling and dispatch, where getting the correct resources, equipment, and parts to the correct physical location is fundamental to operations: the kinds of coordination challenges that determine whether large systems actually run.

That experience maps directly onto one of Outonomous' defining challenges: Physical AI does not scale simply because the AI works. It scales when hardware, vehicles, maintenance, field operations, people, supply chains, customers, and enterprise systems all work together.
